The World AIDS day on 1st December began with an enthusiastic assembly of Nursing students from 1st semester Bsc students,willingly looking forward to creating awareness among the people on the AIDS day and its significance.

The bag of events for the day was inaugurated by Dr. Biji Joseph with a wave of white flag that marked the first event which was The rally, which strongly yet peacefully focused on attracting the people's attention on the slogan for the Day that was*United against HIV, together for health*. The rally was led to the PHC of _ where it was addressed by Mrs .Hemlata Health officer and other health care members. As the day progressed students from The village()Govt. School were brought to the PHC.A flashmob in order to comfort the students were organized by the NSS members of KOSHYS COLLEGE OF NURSING.Furthermore , they were given a brief health talk on AIDS , it's cause,and it's prevention.

The day came to an end with the rally heading towards the college with same enthusiasm and achievement of being able to educate the children and create awareness among the local people.
