Based on the trending entry level employment issues and priorities, KGI follows the following approach to provide improved campus placement through career exploration and career transition process.

KGI practices the proven 12 Step Process as an Intervention for obtaining definite career exploration, knowledge acquisition and total career transition. The critical attributes of such interventions are well appointed reports of International Clinical Assessments Tools to understand natural interest, skills, values and personality. Assessments are followed by detailed briefing sessions to explain report outcomes and interpretations. Once we explore possible career options, we suggest alignment of Education Stream, Education Domain, possible Industry and role alignment, apt knowledge required based on the job description. Subsequently, acquisition of knowledge takes place. After acquiring knowledge, assessing Skill Gap indicates challenges that need to be addressed followed with Recruitment and Selection process that installs and incorporates the candidate in the Career path for which a holistic transitioning program is designed. The entire Training Intervention process flow can be broadly captured in 5 core milestones which are further divided into sub-core activities.
